Mobile terms and store billing notice

The terms that apply when a Kit Business subscription is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Effective and last updated: 6 August 2026

The store controls native billing. Apple or Google—not Kit—processes a native subscription payment and controls the charge, tax, currency conversion, renewal timing, cancellation, refund eligibility, and billing dispute under that store's rules.

1. Terms that apply

These mobile terms supplement the Kit business-service terms for use of your Kit workspace. They do not replace the terms of the store account used to buy a native subscription.

For an Apple-platform purchase, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed app. Apple's App Store terms and billing decisions control the purchase. For an Android purchase, the applicable Google Play terms and billing decisions control the purchase. If Kit wording conflicts with a store rule about a store-processed transaction, the store rule controls that transaction.

2. Purchase and access

  • The native purchase sheet shows the product, billing period, and store-localised price before you confirm.
  • Payment is charged to the Apple Account or Google Account that confirms the purchase. Kit does not receive the full payment-card number from the store.
  • Kit grants subscription access only after its server verifies the purchase and current entitlement with the store. A pending, refunded, revoked, expired, or otherwise ineligible store transaction cannot grant protected business access.
  • Available packages, prices, taxes, trials, and billing periods may vary by store account, territory, and current store configuration.

3. Renewal and cancellation

A recurring subscription renews automatically under the confirmation shown by Apple or Google until it is cancelled in the same store account. The store controls when it charges a renewal and when a cancellation takes effect.

Deleting a Kit account or business, signing out, or removing the app does not cancel a store subscription and does not stop renewal.

After cancellation, access normally continues only for the period the store still reports as paid and eligible. Kit cannot extend access contrary to the verified store status.

4. Refunds and billing support

Apple or Google decides whether a native purchase is refundable and processes any approved refund. Kit cannot promise, approve, or issue a refund for a transaction processed by the store. A refund or revocation may end Kit subscription access when the store reports it.

Contact info@kit.africa for a Kit service or entitlement problem after the store has completed the purchase. Do not send a full card number, store password, one-time code, or recovery code.

5. Privacy and account deletion

Read the Kit Business Privacy Policy for store purchase verification and identity processing. Read Delete a Kit Business account before deleting a profile or workspace. Account deletion and store cancellation are separate actions.
